How are you today? This morning I woke up to a bunch of birds singing outside. What a lovely sound. And then all the fresh green and colors everywhere. Spring is a beautiful season :D

Oh, I know how lucky I am with my work place. I remember my internship in Savannah, GA. The head quarter was in a temp quarter and we worked in a warehouse. Natural Light??? What is that???

on the brewer topic, I've bottled the sorghum malt beer over the weekend, and I got 5kg of real agave nectar. :9 Next, agave mead/wine and flavoring for the next brew. :beer:

is almost gone. I bottled it and it is lightly carbonated, like a sparkling wine. I told everyone not to worry, I'll make more.
