Well, I finally did it
I cancelled my TiVo season pass of Heroes. It dawned on me that lately watching it has been more like a chore. Too bad. I used to love that show.

1. Wow that's a great sacrifice!
Chris Todd should know about this.

3. I enjoyed it too. My husband will still watch.
I kinda gave up on it. I will catch glimpses when he is watching, but I used to look forward to it coming on. It has gone way stupid.

4. Very stupid
And I've found that I just don't care about any of the characters anymore, or where the storylines are going. I don't even have the patience to wait and see what Bryan Fuller can do for it now that he's back on staff. I'm just going to pout about his Pushing Daisies being a goner. x(

5. Glad I'm not alone
I usually gather with a few friends to watch Hereos every Monday evening, but a few weeks ago we finally gave up and started watching other stuff. The show has gone off the deep end and it practically unwatchable at this point. Which is too bad, because it had/has potential.

6. It has--but damn I LOVED the first season, couldn't wait for each Monday night
Now...ick. I won't miss it. And that's saying something coming from me--I am the most loyal person when it comes to TV shows I love. I kept watching Gilmore Girls after the creator left and they DESTROYED the characters, storylines, dialogue, and entire concept of the show. Ditto with X-Files. Maybe I'm just old now, but I'm finding I don't feel like wasting time with shows that start to let me down--I've got better things to do.

7. I hate a few of the decisions that they have made (possible spoilers)
First they kill off Elle then Daphne. And now I am getting spoiler info that that N____n is going to be killed by Sylar in the season finale.
I love Sylar but they are making him way to powerful and everyone else far weaker than they were.
Don't shoot me but they need to kill him and the Cheerleader off.
I will still watch it though.
At least I can look forward to Medium which comes on after.

9. Nope, no shooting here
I agree they should off the cheerleader. "Gee, college, or become a vigilante? What to do..." :eyes:

I'm not a fan of Sylar, I'm afraid. Never was. I don't like serial killers and fan fascination with sociopathic/psychotic behavior. I don't find it entertaining. But you're right--he holds so much power that it's not interesting to watch others try to do battle with him, because you know how it's going to turn out.

I dunno. The show's just lost its teeth lately.

My Mondays are now devoted to Chuck 100 percent. :loveya: Oh--and Greek. I'm a sucker for that show, although it's more soap-opera-ish and less witty/goofy than it was during the first half of the first season.

12. I want to see a fully powered Peter and Sylar go at it.
I want Peter to kill him and I want it to stick.
Then they can tone down his abilities. I don't know.
I'll watch whatever they pump out(I'm stupid like that).

8. Eliminate the Bennet family
I'm sick and fucking tired of seeing him pop up in the middle of everything off. Kill off old Ma Petrelli, tired of her doing the same.

10. You know, I kind of like Ma Petrelli
The last ep I watched was two weeks ago, when she was trying to disappear, and I found her scenes the most interesting. The rest of the time, my mind wandered.

11. Don't tell my husband...
but I really take a nap when Heroes is on now. "Save the cheerleader, save the world" was much easier to follow.
