1. apart form 3 months, it's been that way for me for almost 37 years.
There are other compensations.

because it gives me something to look forward to. That seems to counteract at least the boredom on Saturdays. Sundays are an entirely different story. I haven't figured out what to do with Sundays yet...except play more Runescape.

5. I'll be right there with you as soon as hockey season ends.
I wander through June, July and August in a daze when it's over, and only football training camp will shake me out of it. :)

6. now that it's warm, weekends have become hiking days
been on 4 hikes in the last month including a 6 mile hike today. I hope to get up to 15-20 good hikes for the year.
