What is the duration of "now"?
Edited on Sat Mar-21-09 09:41 PM by Boojatta
Specifically, when does something stop being a current event and become history? I doubt that there can be a sharp and non-arbitrary dividing line between current events and history.

After reading this interesting thread and knowing that it will soon be archived, it occurs to me that this DU Group should be upgraded from a group to a topic forum so that everybody (star or no star) can participate. Then some interesting threads that are (arbitrarily) assigned to "non-now" eras will remain available for discussion rather than being quickly archived.
