My ex is on day three without smoking
Longest he has gone without cigarettes since he was a kid. I hope he can keep it up! He weights like 120lbs so if he does gain weight, it will do nothing but make him look better....

2. He is on quitline
and has a coach he can call anytime...I went to group..group helped me a LOT.
