I tried to find a new pair of Levi's today. I went to 5 different stores
all I wanted was a pair of Levis 525 size for Nuevo Boot cut

all of the stores are selling crap jeans and their selection is way limited

1. I quit buying levis when they started falling apart on the second wash
but cost more. I buy Dickies seconds at a small town chain called Alco - $10! I've had one bad zipper in the last ten years - I have no idea why they are seconds they seem fine to me.

5. Levi jeans stopped fitting me some time ago.
My quad to waist ratio stopped fitting into Strauss' plan. Which is okay. When they did fit, I loved my Levis. Quality denim when I wore it.

10. Sounds like you stopped fitting in them, just in time.
The quality of Levi's isn't the way it used to be. And I imagine you know why.

9. Kohls and JCPenney.
I get the 518s - low rider, boot cut.

These are the only two places I know that carry them.
