I hate WHAT the British did and have done to Ireland, and I hate what continues to happen in "Northern Ireland." I also, for the record, hate the Holocaust, the genocide in Rwanda, African-American slavery, and the decimation of the native Americans. I guess that means I also hate the Germans, the Hutus, all white Americans, and Spaniards. Who knew?

Beagles may be descendants of the hounds brought to England by William the Conqueror. They're almost certainly descended from English foxhounds, maybe mixed with fox terriers.

And, as you probably know, they're not nearly as smart as border collies.
