Anybody use Thuderbird for email?
I am having a formatting problem with mine. I write in what I think are nice paragraphs but then when I look at the sent message, it is all lumped together, impossible to read. What settings should I be using to make things look okay?

No, maybe my email would be better if I was drinking when I wrote it.

Crap. I never noticed I misspelled Thunderbird.

4. I usually write my messages in Notepad
...and then paste them into my texty box thingy. Then again, I have my email set up so I cannot send nor receive messages in HTML format.

7. I use Thunderbird, and get paragraphs without any special settings
(unless you count hard return and indent.:)) I think you may be having a problem with something other than Thunderbird. What that would be, though, I'm sorry I don't know.

9. There's a "fonts" setting when you...
dig through the options.

Do you get the popup box asking if you want to send plain text, html, or both? I always check both when sending mail, even if I don't use html. I think it might have something to do with those fonts choices I never dug to deeply into, but I'm not sure.

Having used Eudora for ages, I was a little apprehensive about going to Thunderbird when Qualcomm stopped Eudora development, but Thunderbird seems to be the best of Eudora without the bugs. It's still got a few wierd little things about it that drive me nuts at times, but nothing that's not been easily fixable.
