My employer's cafeteria has the best salad bar... one side is just the basic ingredients (the veggies, cheese, chicken, beans, eggs, tomatoes) and the other side has fresh fruit, and then a few trays of specialty salads (like today they had lo mein noodle salad, and lentil salad, and a curried corn & chicken salad).

It's really a great way to get a jump on the 5 servings per day... and SOOOOO YUMMY
