7. Whatever I cooked was going to be with ground beef. Meatloaf
seemed the easiest.

9. You could make Octo-Mom style meatloaf
Just use 8 eggs, no sausage and get your neighbor to pay for it. :P

10. mmmm, meatloaf
I like to make it with equal parts ground beef, pork and veal (yeah yeah, I'm evil), toss in an egg, some breadcrumbs, garlic, oregano, mustard powder and cream of mushroom soup. Mold into a loaf, bake, serve with garlic mashed and fresh green beans and mmmmmm, meatloaf :)

11. Mmmm! Minus all of the extra meat, that is pretty much what I do too!
I don't have any potatoes though, so I am thinking mac-n-cheese. Sometimes I will use a Lipton onion soup packet.

14. mmm yeah, I've done the lipton onion soup mix also
I prefer that with a tomato paste based meatloaf instead of the cream soup based meatloaf. So many meatloaves so little time :D

I'm not cooking tonight either!

I'm going to reheat my leftover stew, from two nights ago...

Super easy, fast, and very delicious!

Enjoy your meatloaf, sweetie...

16. Oh! I know a fantastic meatloaf recipe. 1 lb ground beef, 1 lb ground turkey, 1 diced onion,
1 diced bell pepper, 1 can tomato sauce, and a case of canned fruit salad.

17. This is what I do.
Get a pound of good ground beef, put in 1/2 pkg. of meat loaf seasoning, sauteed onions, bread crumbs, eggs, worcestershire sauce. Bake it.

I do NOT put tomatoes on mine. I am allergic to tomatoes and they give me major indigestion. No bell peppers either.

sounds good.

Or, you can skip the salad, 'cause two out of three ain't bad.

22. Lately I have been adding sauteed, grated (or finely chopped) veggies to my mix
and the meatloaf is SOOOOO moist.

Also, instead of one big loaf, I make several mini-loaves. Then I can eat a few and freeze a few (for another night when I don't feel like cooking)

23. I consider meat loafs an art form. I've done regular themed...
meat loafs, Mexican themed meat loafs, Italian themed meat loafs, and barbecue themed meat loafs, among others. They were all delicious! :)
