Ladies of the Lounge: Is hiding an extra Ace of Spades in your sleeve considered cheating?
I was beaten with motorcycle chains, burned with an arc welder and buried alive in the desert over this very issue.

All because they said it was cheating. What say you?

1. I don't know you but I know now you're not Michelle Obama
It must be great to play cards with Michelle -- she has no sleeves to hide cards.

2. To date I have not been mistaken for Michelle Obama
As far as I'm aware, at least.

4. The woman with the arc welder didn't even press my foot to her breast
What happened to standards?

6. Dunno, but if Ace of Bass keeps releasing the same song with slightly different lyrics
I think that's worthy of being arcwelded below Saharan sands... But that's just me.

7. Do they still exist?
Did they ever exist? Or were they just a nightmare we all shared?

8. Why yes, thanks for asking.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ace_of_bass

No idea what they sound like nowadays. I could probably Youtube them and find out, but I've got some a toenail to clean, so I can't seem to find the time.

9. The bigger question
does the ace up your sleeve match the deck on the table. If not, you're cheating. ;)

10. Only if it's an 'extra' ace.
If it's one of the original 4 that come in a standard deck it's OK.
;-)

11. Funny story
One of those magicians that does party tricks stopped by a bar I hang out at.

He did a couple tricks, he looks pretty good, slight of hand and counting stuff.

Then he does a card trick where I pick a card, then he finds the same card in another deck. I switch my card on him, you should have seen his expression when his card was the wrong one. LOL

Probably wasn't fair, and I didn't use a shirt sleeve, but it was funny. He was stunned and couldn't figure out how it happened.

I asked him if he ever saw the movie "The Sting".
