3. 2nd Herman's Head joke in 13 seasons
Edited on Sun Mar-07-04 08:31 PM by gmoney
"Lisa what's so funny?"

"Uh, I was just thinking of something I heard on 'Herman's Head'..."

The joke there was that Yeardley Smith (the voice of Lisa) was also a regular on "Herman's Head" (along with Hank Azaria, voice of Apu and about 70 other characters).

4. Yes!
God, you and I have common taste in sitcoms!

Herman's Head rocked!
So did Sliders!

Soo..

does anyone remember a sitcom where the world ended, and this small group of folks survived and lived in a farmhouse? Each person had their own little quirks.. it was such a weird sitcom.. I loved it!

5. That sitcom sounds familiar.
Was that on Fox in its early years? I think I watched it on occasion.

8. Ooops
I think the title of that show was simply, Ooops.

Very rarely is nuclear anhilation pulled successfully as a basis for a goofy sitcom.

9. YES!`
That was it!

Such a good show. I liked in the first episode when the residents of the farmhouse were explaining how they survived. One guy was homeless and living under the interstate, and another guy said.. "I was in my Volvo," to which the woman replied, "ahh, yes, good car."

hehe..

6. What a great show that was
Yeardley Smith is doing a one-woman show on Broadway now called, oddly enough, "Yeardley Smith".

10. Those were the days
I believe the Simpsons came on first, the HH (fantastic show!) and then married with children? Thanks, Hypno Toad, for the memories.

12. I never watched HH, can someone explain the joke for me?
Did Herman dislike pukes or something?
