BIG LOVErs--what did you think of last weeks episode? (SPOILER ALERT)
The business with Roman trying to marry off Kathy to the even weirder cult was great as was her death.

Sarah giving up her dream of going to ASU seemed like a big let down--I wanted to see more rebellion.

On the other hand, her friends reaction shows that her love for Sarah is more like lesbian lady love than just being good friends--which is another kind of sin in Mormon town.

I also like the idea of the secret letter that says condemning polygamy was just PR but the church secretly still approved of it. That was brilliant--it means the wacky cults are really the good mormons and the good mormons are really sell outs.

1. I didn't see that coming with Kathy
not that way at least... great episode!

Sarah is frustrating me. I want her to get the hell out of there and away from the family, but she seems to be sabotaging herself.

2. I agree about Sarah...she should get away and build a life for
herself! But I really like that character and would miss her if she wasn't there anymore. I like the way she and Barb interact, Sarah always seems to vocalize the nagging doubts that I think Barb has about living 'the principle'.

3. it would be great if she went into normal world and ran into grief that
Made her miss her family so she'd be a fish out of water in both worlds

4. For a family followiing a reliion that is...
supposedly all about "the wholesome family", they sure are a toxic bunch! :D Liars, gamblers, manipulators -- the whole lot of them pretty much stink.

Sarah should have left while she had the chance. :(
