So Sawyer sees Kate and get all mushy. who's to say that Kate is still interested in him?

AND who's to say that Juliet isn't glad to see Jack back. Because if I recall correctly, she and Jack seemed to be getting rather close before he left.

AND who's to say that Kate has now stronger feelings for Jack?

Thus leaving Sawyer the odd man out.

Sawyer needs to stay away from Kate. She's whiny, high maintenance, and an annoying pain in the ass. Besides, Juliet is hot, can deliver a baby on a moment's notice, and fix your VW's transmission.

There's only so much interest when only two females and two males are involved. I hope the writers keep Juliet with Sawyer and Kate with Jack so we can concentrate on solving the billions of mysteries instead of wasting time rehashing the same, boring love triangle storyline.

I actually think Juliet is a better match for Sawyer. I'm not sure I like the goobey versions of Sawyer and Juliet--I liked when they snarked at each other a bit more. :) But I hope that relationship stays, even with the reappearance of Kate.

In fact, I didn't really start to like Juliet until they got her away from Jack and started giving her scenes with Sawyer.

Sawyer had known Kate for only a few months, while his relationship with Juliet mostly likely has been for years. I just can't see how Sawyer could drop Juilet so quickly for Kate. And like many have said, Juliet is pretty self reliable while Kate is just a problem waiting to happen.
