I'm moving and it sucks
My family has been moving back and forth from New York to Boston for all of my life. It is getting really irritating. I'm in high school, and as all of you know, the social scene at high school can be kinda tricky. And now, of all times, I'm moving again, and will have to try and make new friends all over again.

Shit,shit,shit,shit.

Yeah, I feel ya, I changed schools this past October, and it's been a decent transition, don't worry, I'm sure you won't have any trouble making new friends. :)

4. I only had to do that 4 times during my 1st 18 years.
The 1st and last time was in the same city.

At least you are not responsible for making all the decisions in the moving process.

When you move out and live on your own consider what you will have to do when you move from apartment to apartment possibly every year. THAT is not fun. All the better to buy a home to reduce the necessitity of moving. Plus you have fewer restrictions when it is your own place vs renting.

5. Are you still moving from BOS/NYC or NYC/BOS this time?
Do you still have friends from the last time you were there, to help you "get started"?

People I knew who were military kids, who had to move every few yrs. when I was growing up, even though it sucks at the time, it really sometimes helps you develop social skills, ways to meet and get to know people that may be very helpful a little bit down the road. Take heart.
