Joe Squared has the best pizza in Baltimore!
Yesterday, I drove up to Bawlmere to lay down some tracks on a demo. Hour Haus is the name of the studio, and without a doubt, their set up is the best I've ever recorded in. Quick. Easy. Great gear. In and out in 2 hours with 4 songs under our belts.

Just downstairs, is a pizza place called Joe Squared (actually its Joe with the raised 2 thingy). Four beers and a pizza later, I was satisfied beyond words as I just waddled and grunted for the following hour or two. Their pizza is thin - super thin. We ordered the BBQ chicken which came with toppings of avocado, onions, spinach, chicken, and cilantro.

Nom Nom Nom.

Finally, I found a place to eat on the East Coast that doesn't suck! And it's only an hour and a half away.

The demo turned out well. I'll post links when it's mastered and mixed down this coming week. As the 'new' horn section, I think we turned this band around and I wouldn't be surprised if this doesn't get some buzz in the local scenes. Woohoo!

2. Ctr+S
Saving that. I don't go into Baltimore too often because it is a distance for me. But we do play some shows up there so I'm hitting that place up next time I roll through.

4. It's been thirty years since I lived there,
but I remember Dominic's on Reisterstown Rd. being good, and Crazy Greek's on Preston near my apartment having a good pizza. I occasionally get over to Easton/St. Michaels, so it's Rusticana for me when I do.
