Okay....how come on some ear buds the wires are different lengths?

How come on some head phone wires the left or right wire is shorter than the other? Is this to wrap it around your neck or something?

Thus, the different lengths. It makes a lot of sense from that standpoint.

3. It's for people to turn their head sideways while listening to music.

It helps with daydreaming.

4. For running

If you put it in your pocket, one side has to be longer. It's why all my ear buds have to have side with a longer wire.
