It's hard to see in the picture, but she has a light, gingery-orange "mask" over her eyes.

I only had him five years. I still miss him.

I'm on my third lizard right now. I had a Bearded Dragon at the same time as my Leopard Gecko. He lived a few years more. Now I have an Egyptian Uromastyx. It's nice not having to keep live food since he is an herbivore. ;-)

and I'm old enough that I fear a pet outliving me, so I just feed the wild animals. However, all the people around me have pets.

I'm afraid that I'm at that point in life where it's probably best that I only encourage self sufficient friends.

46. Mugu .This fear crosses my mind as well, but there are a lot of older

animals getting put down in shelters because many people don't want them.
I hope with all my heart my nearly 9 year old Dane/Doberman has many more healthy years left, but I would seek out an older dog when he is gone. I don't think I could stand to be without a dog - I have been so fortunate to have known such great dogs in my life.

100% Bobcat. We were driving into town and seen a bobcat lying in the barditch, she'd been hit by a car. My wife said she seen her move so we turned around. She was dead but Lilith was laying rifgt beside her, she still hadn't opened her eye's yet.
