Ha, I was saying I needed sleep.
Edited on Fri Feb-20-09 03:14 AM by ThomCat
Yesterday I slept 21 hours.

Today I wake up at 3 am. It'll be interesting to see how long I'm awake this time. Either exhaustion will drive me back to bed in a few hours, or I won't sleep for 2 more days. It's either one or the other. :P

What a truly Fucked up way to live. :(

3. At least you were able to catch up a little
I hope that doesn't mean another 2 days awake. Insomnia sucks.

4. I keep hoping my sleep cycle is going to regulate
and get back to something normal. :(

It would be really nice. Both insomnia and chronic fatigue really suck. Both leave me feeling like a zombie. x(

I hope you don't get insomnia often.

11. I have such a wacky sleep schedule
that I don't know if I can really even call it insomnia. Every now and then my body just decides that it won't allow me more than 3 hours of sleep a night for a couple of weeks and then I just crash for awhile and it's back to my normal 6 hours or so a night. :-(

Have you at least gotten some relief from the migraines?

5. Your body takes the sleep when it needs it
or the medicine

I hope you will be able to sleep on a normal pattern again.

7. Good Morning!
I hope so too. In the meantime, you're right. By body dictates what it needs and when it needs it.

It's just very incredibly inconvenient being on a schedule that's unpredictable and so different from what everyone else is on. :(

I hope you enjoying the end of the week. :loveya:

We are expected to have sunny weather this weekend, so if I end up being awake for a few days at least the weather will be beautiful. :P

8. Good Morning, Malta Blue!

I thought I was rested. But I can already feel myself getting tired again, so I'm going to take at least one more nap. I give myself about an hour before I have to lay down.

Chronic Fatigue really beats the life out of you. :(

If I get another round of insomnia it won't be until after that nap. But if that happens, at least I'll be awake to experience the world. It's slightly better than sleeping through everything, I guess.

Happy Friday!

I hope you have a wonderful weekend planned with your daughter. :)

10. I'm having a very hard time getting outside.
So that is definitely part of the problem. But I'm getting outside later today, and I'm keeping windows open as much as I can.

This weekend is supposed to be sunny and I'm going to out quite a bit. Hopefully that will help. :)
