Four-day-old baby giraffe kisses her mom Kyusu at Shanghai Zoo March 3, 2004. The still unnamed baby was about 50 kilograms (110 lbs) and 180 centimeters (71 inches) when born on February 29 and became the 13th member of the zoo's giraffe family. But I'm laughing because I was watching "Gladiator" last night out of sheer boredom and I'm thinking of the scene when the two slavers/animal traders are arguing about how one got two giraffes and they wouldn't mate "YOU SOLD ME QUEER GIRAFFES!!!!!!"
