Look at this happy family

Baby-faced boy Alfie Patten is father at 13

BOY dad Alfie Patten yesterday admitted he does not know how much nappies cost — but said: “I think it’s a lot.”

Baby-faced Alfie, who is 13 but looks more like eight, became a father four days ago when his girlfriend Chantelle Steadman gave birth to 7lb 3oz Maisie Roxanne.

He told how he and Chantelle, 15, decided against an abortion after discovering she was pregnant.

The shy lad, whose voice has not yet broken, said: “I thought it would be good to have a baby.

“I didn’t think about how we would afford it. I don’t really get pocket money. My dad sometimes gives me £10.”

Oy ... Wow.

That kid looks like he is about eight. The "mother" looks much older than he does.

This is bizarre, and sad.

The poor baby.

9. THIS
my first thought was that this l'il feller was shooting blanks. Maybe he's not the daddy?

Of course, it could be all a bunch of crap, as it is in The UK Sun (which makes the Enquirer look like the New York Times).

10. All the other UK news Web sites have also picked up the story.
So there must be some truth to it.

11. Ah, chavs.
I hope this doesn't ruin their lives, and that their child is able to grow up healthy, taken care of, and loved. And let's the parents of these two parents are loving, generous, and decent.

What an awful spot to be in, and at such young ages.

On the other hand, by the time the parents are colleg-aged, the kid will be going to school, so that will be a help.
