Arrogance and modesty... are they two seperate things altogether, or two sides of the same coin?

Think about it. Someone who flaunts their modesty is bragging, and therefore probably thinks that he/she is better than everyone else, and is therefore arrogant, not modest. But if someone flaunts the fact that they flaunt that, which means that they flaunt that they're arrogant, which means that they aren't hiding their arrogance and aren't arrogant enough to hide it... are they therefore modest?

It works with arrogant people, too. Think about it.

Or am I just crazy?

I'm too arrogant to let this thread be ignored. Or because I'm flaunting the fact that I'm arrogant, does that make me modest? Because I'm saying that it makes me modest, does that mean that I'm flaunting my modesty and I'm therefore ignorant?
