23. That's a different car.
The one I posted is a CCXR with 1018 horsies. The one that The Stig tested was only 806.

Just sayin'.

Awesome video, though - I laughed through most of it. One helluva ride.

You can have a very nice Corvette ZR1 for a mere fraction of the cost of that thing. Only 638 bhp, but 0-60 in 3.4 seconds and top speed of 205. Plus you're buying American. :P

45. Of course...
True story: One night in about 2005, when things were at their Bush-tastic worst, she and I were watching "The Daily Show". Bill Clinton was the guest. Now she's no fan of Bill, but as she watched him during John Stewart's interview, ferociously intelligent, staggeringly knowledgeable, and appealingly genial, she turned to me and asked: "Have we EVER had a good Republican President?" Cause she's no fan of either of the Bushes, Reagan or Nixon, either.

I was a little surprised, but I said: "Sure! Abraham Lincoln. Teddy Roosevelt. Dwight Eisenhower."

She said: "No, I mean, since then."

I said: "Nope."

She's a very smart woman, and understands, better than most Republicans, how important intelligence and engagement are to the Presidency.
