DumpGump call for good Karma

I've been trying to sell my house for three months now, I'm stuck in a rural area of Florida where conservatives outnumber liberals 20 to 1. I hate it here, I hate it here, I hate it here!
I have a prospective buyer coming at 11:00 who my real estate agent said is "just the person we're looking for".
Please fellow DU'ers, for the sake of old DumpGump's mental health, send some good Karma this way so I can sell this house in this hellhole and move to a more Liberal area where my mind isn't going to rot like a week old banana.
I've had 20 or so people look before this, and no real takers. They all want to steal the place. I NEED DU HELP! I've seen it work in the past, I'm aware of the awesome power that the Karma of collective DU'ers can wield.
HELP ME PLEASE! I promise to make a healthy donation to John Kerry's campaign if it sells. GET ME OUTTA' HERE!!
