Another forgotten early '80s pop singer: DONNIE IRIS!

The first hit on which he sang was "The Rapper" by the Jaggerz, in 1970. A decade-plus later, as a soloist, Donnie Iris made the U.S. pop top forty three times:

AH! LEAH - Reached #29, 1981
MY GIRL - Reached #25, 1982
LOVE IS LIKE A ROCK - Reached #37, 1982

Where are ya now, Donnie???

"Ah!Leah!" is an absolute classic.

He's from Pittsburgh, and he's been a frequent guest/object of humor on classic rock station WDVE FM.
