And you can't buy just one bottle. I had to get 12 bottles. WTF am I gonna do with 12 bottles of hot sauce? He had it yesterday in Mobile, AL and loved it. It is Wintzell's Shuck and Jive Hot Sauce.

I once witnessed my husband sample Dave's Insanity Sauce on a dare in a parking lot without anything to offset it. His face turned red, he broke out in a tremendous sweat, yet he loved it. Figures, he is of Cajun descent from NOLA.

BTW, the worst thing you can do is to try to wash the "hot" down with water, this I know as a Cajun's wife. The best thing to do is drink milk and/or eat crackers or bread. Water will simply prolong the pain by spreading the "hot" all around your mouth and lips.
