If you're going longitudinally, as is done with time zones and already with designations for "East Coast" and "West Coast" then Texas is directly within the confines of the "Central Zone".

At the same time, we contribute a large portion of the "Gulf Coast" or the "Third Coast" so now we get two designations to your single "Middle" designation :P
