3. What is with the stupid headsets?

Late night TV is full of idjits like this hawking this or that, and they ALWAYS have those stupid headsets on. Last year my wife and I went to a home & garden show, and a bunch of the booths were full of infomercial wannabe's selling everything from "miracle mop's" to cookware so durable my great grandchildren will be using it. EVERY ONE OF THEM was wearing one of those stupid headsets, even though only one or two actually had speakers to amplify their voice...which was doubly stupid since the "audience" was within 10 feet of the speaker.

About half of them were also slinging the worst British or Aussie fake accent's I've ever heard. Are we American's simply more trusting of people with bad UK accents?

C'mon man, at least put in a friggin BLUETOOTH so you at least look like a salesman from this decade instead of like a goofy call-center worker from the 1990's!
