Guitar Hero people: on what level do you play?
Which version(s) do you have, and how good are you?

We have World Tour and Legends of Rock, and I am currently playing some songs on "Easy" and some on "Medium." For example: on World Tour, I can play "Livin' on a Prayer" on Medium and score 95%+, but I can't seem to get more than 90% while playing "Crazy Train" on Easy. Some songs are definitely a lot harder than others! Also, I have only in the past couple of days started "hammering down," as I didn't know you COULD do that until recently.

How about you?

1. I'm on medium level for all of them.
I have all the Guitar Hero and Rock Band games.

I played "Stranglehold" on Rock Band last night. Yikes. "Hot for Teacher" is a BITCH on medium - I can't even fathom expert. :)

2. I have the same two.
I'm still on easy. I just can't handle that blue key quite yet...

4. Yeah, it's hard adding a new key.
I'm really good with the first three, but my pinky isn't as "trained" as my other fingers, and if a song has a lot of blue-key notes, my fingers tend to get confused after 30 seconds or so. "Livin on a Prayer" on Medium is really easy, because there aren't a lot of blue-key notes--at least not until the solo, and I can fumble my way through that while missing only a few.

Do you have all the songs unlocked via the cheat codes? If so, try "Crazy Train"--that one's hard even on Easy! And it goes on forEver.

6. Oooooo. There are codes you can enter to unlock ALL of the songs
in "Quickplay" mode, so you can try everything right away. It's great for people who just want to play, but who aren't interested in the Career part. You go to the main menu, then to "Options," then to "Cheats." You enter the codes by playing notes and/or chords on the guitar in a certain order.

Code to unlock all songs in Quickplay for World Tour: Blue, Blue, Red, Green, Green, Blue, Blue, Yellow

Code to unlock all songs in Quickplay for Legends of Rock (more complicated): Yellow + Orange, Red + Blue, Red + Orange, Green + Blue, Red + Yellow, Yellow + Orange, Red + Yellow, Red + Blue, Green + Yellow, Green + Yellow, Yellow + Blue, Yellow + Blue, Yellow + Orange, Yellow + Orange, Yellow + Blue, Yellow, Red, Red + Yellow, Red, Yellow, Orange.

For the second one, remember that the notes joined together by a plus sign mean a chord, so you play them at the same time.

3. Legends of Rock
I'm bored with Medium. I tried a few on expert, but no.

8. One of the songs I really love to play is "Love Me Two Times" by The Doors.
The bluesy guitar in that song is extremely satisfying to play.
