A nightmare woke me up and now I can't go back to sleep...

I dreamt I was hiding under a desk holding a baby. Someone came in with a gun and was trying to move the chair away to get to me and the baby.

Then I woke up.

yes, that really was a nightmare.

it really pisses me off when i have nightmares--i have them rarely -- very rarely --but it really makes me mad. especially when i wake up and my heart is racing, etc.

i swear, if i ever die in my sleep it's because a fucking nightmare gave me a heart attack!

i'd hate for that to be that last few moments of my "reality" --some bizarre dream i cooked up to scare the crap out of myself--or to scare me to death.

and i really don't remember regular dreams either. maybe i jump out of bed too quickly when i wake up.

2. I have lame nightmares

I had this one nightmare that I was still working at this place I quit working at 7 years ago. I dont know why but I really didnt like that dream.
