I would like to request some vibes for a job interview that I have tomorrow morning.
I am pretty tired tonight.
I went to work with my back out.
The shooting pain up and down my back, along with my bum knee sending shooting pains up and down my left leg, was almost more than I could bare.
Sometimes tears come to the eyes.
I guess, as a sensory overload to pain stimuli.
I did not give in to them. No one at work noticed.
However, even though my workload was relatively easy tonight, I am wore slap out.
I am going to bed with my heating pad.

If you took the time to read this and can spare me some vibes for a good interview tomorrow, I would really appreciate it.

and then of course, continue on with the shenanigans. I would not have it any other way. :)

And try applying cold to that back pain. Lying down on the floor with your knees up, and a bag of frozen peas under the small of your back, has helped me for years. I used to make the mistake of using heat, but a couple of physical therapists told me that heat can make the problem worse. Cold reduces the inflammation. You can wrap the peas in a thin towel. Don't do this for more than 15 minutes at a time.
