Here's a shitty argument for gun control...
Literally!

The man escaped with a few cuts on his arm, but the toilet made out much worse. Police say a man's gun fell out of its holster when he pulled up his pants after using the bathroom at a Carl's Jr. resaurant in Centerville, Utah, on Tuesday. The gun fired when it hit the floor and shattered the commode. A few shards of porcelain cut the man's arm, and a woman in an adjacent restroom who was frightened by the noise reported that she was having chest pain. Both people were checked at the scene and released. Police say they have confiscated the 26-year-old man's firearm while they review the incident. The man had a concealed weapons permit. No charges are being filed.

3. And if not, how quickly can he be signed?
I'm thinking that the NFL, in particular, needs players of this caliber.

2. Moreover, (this drives me NUTS) why is it "Carl's Jr."?
Shouldn't it be "Carl Jr's"? It just sounds ignorant. I need some back-story to explain this.

11. 'In 1956, Karcher opened the first two Carl's Jr. restaurants
in Anaheim, California and Brea, California; so named because they were a smaller version of his drive-in restaurant."

Time to modernize his arsenal. Modern guns don't, can't, go off when dropped.

Might alcohol have been a factor? Or is Carl's Jr. something like Fuddruckers? I wouldn't know, never been in one. But I do know that you can get beer at Fuddruckers.
