My fibromyalgia is just on the good side of being under control, but I know this sleep cycle will aggravate it and I will be back to square one :(

and that seems to work for the most part.

It's just that the stresses of the past 2-3 months are really starting to catch up to me, and perpetuating this evil cycle of no sleep, more pain, no sleep :(

That's why I'm up at 4:30 in the morning. I wish I had some advice for you...but if I did, I'd take it myself, and I wouldn't be awake right now. :(
