The worst thing they did to it was advertise it as "from the writers of South Park," instead of "some writers from South Park--but not ones you've prolly heard of" which set you up to be pissed off at the deception. It was actually somehow more endearing in its own right than Stone and Parker would have gone, I think.
I knew nothing about it it and my husband got it from Netflix, but ended up thinking it was great. As he puts it, a "must see" for anyone who has any theater geek past to them.
