How sad is it...
that I'm watching an infomercial for DVD copies of The Andy Williams Show - and enjoying it?

1. Not really at all; expecially if they featured The Osmond Brothers...
I was a wee one back then, but mom and dad never missed it.

5. They showed a couple of clips of the Osmond Brothers...
I had to laugh at the sales pitch, though. "There was never another show like it! Where else could you find the biggest singing stars and the best comedians all on one stage?"

Gee, I don't know. The Dean Martin Show? ;)

I will go on record now as saying I would love to have the Andy Williams Show collection AND the Dean Martin Variety Hour collection.

2. I'm watching other people buy cars.
Granted they're NICE cars, but still...

Oh, I'm also listening to music. The sound on the TV is off.

3. One of these days, I'm gonna go see that myself; it's practically in my backyard.
If I have to deal with the traffic, I oughta get something out of it!

4. I want to go, just to look at the cars.
Maybe by next year I will have won the lottery so I can actually buy one or eight. :)

6. Yeah, Id just be an observer. North Scottsdale is a fascinating
place to get a glimpse of how the 10% live--but I wouldn't really want to live that way!

I prefer the company of people who work for a living.

8. I think you're right.
I think not having something productive to do would drive me nuts. I *am* willing to fully research the issue though. :silly:

7. I'm watching a DVD of
"Sanford and Son". No commercials.

Never got into Andy Williams, though he was a fair panelist on "Match Game"...

9. No more lame than me watching Lost In Austen and loving
every minute of it. :)
