I must brag about my Bella! We went to doc today.

She is in the 95th percentile with her height!!!! 75th percentile in everything else!!


The sad thing is that she got her vaccinations today, and it really hurt my feelings. She was so happy and then bam two shots in her legs. She screamed bloody murder.:(

3. When Baby Carton gets her shots she doesn't like them either.

Though nothing was as bad as when they tried to take blood when she was 3 days old... She was jaundiced and they couldn't find a vein. I had to turn away so as not to want to scream at the poor nurses, who were doing their best, but had no luck.

She really let the nurse know she didn't like what was going on!

6. Been there, done that!

The last time we took my son to the doctor for a check-up they gave him a flu shot -- man was he pissed!!

However, he wasn't as pissed as when we had to take him back for a SECOND flu shot because the first vaccination had been stored at the wrong temperature and was ineffective.

Is that Bella in the picture? She is adorable!!

10. That is her. It is a couple of months old, so she is bigger now!

8. Awwww, she sounds just about perfect!

My older kids always fell in the same range so I assume it's OPTIMAL. :)

The shot thing is hard. You should make Daddy take her to the doctor next time, if he wasn't there today. You avoid a bit of pain and he realizes again how much he loves her.

I think we need more pics, too, but I haven't been on so much and maybe I've missed some.

9. We both take her to the doctor. I turned my head, and he

just kinda laughed. It was a sad laugh though.

I figure 75% is what most kids fall in. Plus she did just have a growth spurt. It is amazing how fast they grow. She is 6" longer than she was when she was born 4 months ago!
