He speaks at 8pm EST for 15 minutes. CSI is going to run 15 minutes late. ABC will air 15 minutes of news, then an episode of Scrubs. NBC will air 15 minutes of My Name is Earl and then a new episode of Earl. FOX is airing a condensed version of Hell's Kitchen.

I work at a NBC affiliate, so I have to know what's playing where.
