Every time I just get the baby to sleep, I can guarantee some moran with no functioning exhaust system or an aftermarket crappy-sounding tin can will stop, rev the engine, and accelerate at the stop sign in front of our house. Jeez, even when I had no money, I would go get that hole-plug stuff for $10 to block the holes in my exhaust pipe or muffler just to buy some time and not drive everyone, including myself, nuts with that loud thing.

2. My next door neighbors do that starting at 3am.

I've lost many hours of sleep. First one at 3am, the brother at 3:30am and another at 5am. All these grown men living at home with mom and some of them work at a car repair shop.
