Computer Question...

I have deleted all of my history several times but when I type an address into my url I still keep getting all of these websites that Ive visited.

How do I delete these so that when I type into the address bar nothing comes up..

For example when I type the d from democraticunderground.com, I get all of the sites that start with the letter d that I have visited.

I have tried deleting my history but that doesn't work.

Any help would be appreciated.

1. What browser are you using?

2. Do this:

Internet Options, click on "content" tab, hit "AutoComplete...", and deselect "Web addresses."

I thought clearing history would get rid of the entries too, but I guess you have to turn off the feature (I don't know if it erases it, but it stops completing anyway).
