Otherwise, it's just a M-Y-T-H-I-C-A-L championship.

3. Ha! You Utah people make me smile.
Let me know when Utah plays ANYBODY as tough as tough as Florida and (other than Alabama on a bad night) the rest of the SEC, week in and week out.

Florida and the SEC RULE!!

5. I'm not saying Florida wouldn't win.
But when you've got a team that's 13-0 shut out of a national title shot something's wrong. There's got to be a way to accomodate the bowls and still have a true championship at the DI level. Dismissing Utah's win against the Tide is just sour grapes, just like the crap Iowa took when they beat LSU. Football does not begin and end in the Deep South.

7. Let's see, how did the SEC do in their bowl games?
And how did the other conferences do?

I rest my case.

4. On Sept 12, 2009, Utah is scheduled to go to San Jose State and Florida
has Troy at home (if I'm reading the schedules correctly). I suggest they do a swap: Troy can go to SJSU and Utah can go to FL - the TV revenue would be huge, so a cut could to to Troy and SJSU to make up for any hit they take for missing a bigger payout.

If this actually happens, you read it here first!

6. OMG that would rival the Super Bowl if they did it right.
I'd love to see that game.
