Poll question: What color is your hair?
Edited on Wed Mar-03-04 01:50 PM by elfwitch
I realize that there are many shades of Brown, Red, Black, Blond, Gray ...
If you had to categorize your hair color as mostly one color what would it be?

1. I guess I'd describe mine as dirty brown.
But I DO shampoo regularly.

4. Real coppery red
with a touch of gray at the temples. I've thought about dyeing it, but I don't know what colour would be better than red. Sometimes I put henna in it just to look a little different.

9. Blonde. I help it in the winter months but it gets really blonde in the
summer so I have to color it a darker blonde in the summer because it gets toooo blonde from the sun.

16. If I lived in a warm climate all year, I wouldn't have to help it
because the sun would keep it blonde. However, I live in central Illinois and we have dreary winters so if I don't help it, it becomes a dishwater blonde naturally and it is not a flattering color for me.

21. Slightly redder than nature intended
it's reddish anyway, but I prefer an unequivocal shade - plus I want to cover the increasing amounts of gray.

Here's my shade, and I'm very fond of it:

(I like the Open haircolor because it doesn't lighten hair at all.)

22. Very, very dark brown. More like Coffee Brown.
Like a dark-chocolate brown.

It also turns black when it's wet.
