Bif -- you're the greatest!

I had to post this.

For some time now I've tried to put together a banner ad for Bartcop.com, advertising my husband's novel. It was always one tech problem after another, and it was always "my bad." (I wouldn't be surprised if Bartcop blocked my emails at this point for all my failed attempts.)

Last night, in total desperation, I posted a plea for help here on DU (Lounge) and "Bif" responded. He helped me so much. Bif not only re-did the ad correctly -- he emailed it to me all nice and neat and ready to send off.

I'm overwhelmed.
