It is official. I am no longer a homeowner.
I actually sold my house in Texas for a fair price. I made a few nickels on it, and the new owners (a young couple) have a good little starter home.

I'm a little sad, because I think it would have been good to have kept it. But, I just couldn't see myself being a landlord from 2000 miles away, even with a property manager.
