1. Safe Havens are the DU equivalent of First Amendment Zones.

All of DU should be a safe haven. Now, realistically, of course, there is GD 2004 Primary, but there are exceptions to every rule. Let's demolish the safe havens and put up an ashram, what do you say? B-)
