Anyone know how long it takes for your body to re-plenish blood?
Just had a blood test and I'm kind of curious.

2. plasma or serum 24 hours or so
Red cells four to eight weeks for total recovery--after blood donation. How many tubes did they take? I've had up to eight without a problem and I'm a fairly small person.

Drink some orange juice though. That really does help. I have blood drawn all the time....
