Cleaning in preperation for the new year.

I have scheduled my cleaning lady to do EVERYTHING. I am ocd when it comes to cleaning the apartment, and there is rarely an evening where I do not scrub this or sanatize that but with places like the fridge, under things, ceiling fan blades and that scary under the bed area I would rather pay someone to do it for me! Especially when I am getting ready for a new year and do not have time to be as obsessive as I would like to be. They are also able to move big pieces of furniture that I can't.

I do this every year. I have scheduled it for the morning of the 31st and I am so excited that the new year will begin - spotless!

Now I am looking for some sage to burn...there used to be a place near me but it is out of business...

This weekend I am starting the long and decision heavy process of re-decorating. Rather than sell it on craigslist, I am going to donate it to some nearby shelters.
