Good morning Lounge
:hi: :loveya:

How are you all? Did you have a peaceful Christmas? I had a good week. We had yummy food, good company ... a wonderful Christmas. I can't complain about my presents :) I got books and DVD's and calendars and a vaccum cleaner.

Saturday I bought chairs for my new condo. Today after work I will go and look for a couch.

Today when I came to work my DU calendars were here :woohoo:

1. Good morning, MissHoney!
Beautiful pic! Glad you had a nice Christmas.

I'm in Oregon right now. Had a late Christmas dinner with my brothers and sisters and their families on Saturday.

Shopped for myself today at an outlet mall; got some fabulous bargains (such as, 2 $150 suit jackets for $25 apiece!).

Heading home on Monday, then back to work. :)

2. Good morning gf!!!
Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas too

Oh ... that is a real deal!! Congrats!! The chairs weren't cheap but neither the most expensive ones. And I sit good on them.
The couch - if I get the one I want - will be a bargain. €800 instead of €1500.

I work today and tomorrow. Then I am off till the 11th of January. The move is in that week.

:loveya:  :hi:

Hope the rest of your move goes smoothly.

I have moving, though I confess it's nice now and then to find yourself living in a new place.

7. Hello Miss Honeychurch!
I had a nice Christmas, although my youngest daughter and my husband woke up with colds and our plans to go to the park had to be scrapped for a trip to the movies. Christmas is followed closely by my wedding anniversary, then of course there is New Years, then on the 4th of Jan I turn 39. I'm resting and doing laundry today. Congrats on your new condo!

8. Hello clyrc
sorry to hear that half of your family was sick on Christmas

What movie did you go see? We went to the movies on the 26th as well. We watched a French movie (Bienvenue chez les Ch'tis). Here is the explanation in English: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bienvenue_chez_les_Ch%27tis It was a funny movie.

Thank you!! Next time you come to Frankfurt you don't have to stay at a hotel. I will have enough space to house you and your family :)

We saw Bolt in 3D, which was kind of cute, and had me wishing I could get a dog.

Beautiful pics, and glad to hear that you had a nice holiday break.

I spent Christmas day with friends, we all had a good time.

We had every type of weather the last couple of days, from snow, to rain, to thunder and back to snow. Sheeh . . .

New chairs? Nice . . . .

Will they be delivered to your condo? I bet you're getting excited to move. Is it far from where you live now?

I'm hoping that it will be quiet at work today too, but I do have a few projects with deadlines. I too am only working two days this week. :bounce:

they bring them with them in February to my b.day. Till then my old ancient chairs have to do.

My new condo isn't too far away from my recent place. About 3 miles.

I am playing music here. Have my iPod in a docking station and listen to my music while I work and post on DU :D

:loveya::hi:

Glad you had a nice Christmas.

We had a lovely time here - Little MB LOVED the Wii, and I collected a lot cash from relatives to help cover the insurance deductible from the burglary :woohoo:

We have two locking doors, and I only have to work three days this week.

Oh - and no more DU from work, so I am not sure when next I will be able to check in :(

49. Good morning, MissHoneychurch!
I'm glad you had a nice Christmas and got the things
you wanted. :)

I had a nice Christmas together with my mom and brother
at my place. Lots of effort went into sticking to a traditional
Julafton menu, but I couldn't serve all the dishes as I
was on my own with the cooking and prep. for Christmas
Eve.

But we had the basics and everyone had a good time.

I love the picture above.

Good luck with your moving and a very Happy New Year to you.

Gott Nytt År!
