Anybody need 3 feet of snow?
That's the total since Thursday.

We need a heat wave really badly.

1. Yes, please, we want snow for Christmas! It was hot and humid over
the weekend, but should get down to 34-degrees tonight.

:-)

2. San Antonio here and yes, I'd like some snow for Christmas but more than that, I'd like it not too
be - - 75 degrees on Christmas Day! x(

4. Houston here, and I almost turned the A/C on Saturday. I've never
gotten used to how warm it is here on Christmas, or hearing
the ice cream trucks all year round. A white Christmas would
be amazing!

5. It's been a weird December. Either below average or way above.
Mostly above. It's nice and cold now, though. :-) Too bad it won't last.

9. I'm dreaming of a whiteout Christmas.
There's snow and then there is "Oh Christ! Make it stop!"

6. No. It's an all or nothing thing. The stuff I've shoveled into the yard is almost shoulder height.
.....and I am 5'7".

And another storm coming in Christmas Eve for 7-9 inches to add to our "modest" totals for the week.

We already beat our all time record for most snowfall in 24 hours. I have a sick feeling we are going to surpass the all time record for the week.

14. Well, at least it's not four feet of liquid water mixed with raw sewage
inside the house! :P
(Friends went through that with Ike...)

Liquid water at least drains away fairly quickly. Snow hangs around far too long.

7. We got the cold but no snow.
The car told me it's 23 F outside - we're camped way outside Greensboro tonight rather than just outside.

My son would dearly love the snow. As it happens, I'd love a huge snowfall right about erm... Jan 5th will do nicely.

Mark.

Just to watch the SoCal heads explode.

11. where are you that you have 3 feet?
Edited on Mon Dec-22-08 09:14 PM by kwassa
we just get very cold rain from each major storm system passing through that snows in everyone farther north and west, here in Maryland.

I'd love some snow for Christmas, but we won't have any. More rain on Christmas eve, and 50 degrees.

Today it is going down to about 17 degrees, and windy, but no snow.

13. Thanks. We get paralyzed when we have a few inches of snow here.
We could use some snow days, however.
