The govenor of Washington says cuts must be made to balance the budget.As usual the "balancing is made on the backs of the poor and low-income". Every time I hear/read the code words "painful cuts must be made" you can figure the cuts will be made on those least able to compensate for them. While the poor's teeth rot and medical care is of an inferior grade you that walk around with healthy teeth and bodies are so scared it will happen to you or frankly could care less about another human being DO NOTHING. Frankly, I've lost respect for this country.
