Cell phone text support Me---->.even though i have my alerts enabled

and have the reminder set,my cell phone quit alerting me when I get text messages....

Tech Support:So what is the problem with the phone right now?

I promptly hung up.

I'll try again tomorrow, it could be a network issue. I have heard of this happening with other phone companies. Sheesh, I just told the guy what was wrong and he still asks this stupid question.
